July 9th 2009

Not long now.......

Last deadlift session last night. Have some mighty bruises which I hope will heal at least a little bit over the next week. Last big bench and squat this weekend coming. A final light workout on Tuesday, just to keep everything moving.

Settled on 67kg giving me a little bit of play should the comp scales be different to mine.

Not much else to report. Feeling good. Ready to roll.
