Deadlifts 5x5 @120 sumo style - need to work on the lockout for this style of lifting
Floor pulls 3x3 @ 100
Rack pulls 4x3 @ 140
Lat pulldown (to stretch back) 4x8 @ 55
Pretty light workout.
Tonight will do some extra hamstring work at Definition Gym.
Adult riding tomorrow - only doing one lesson, dressage. We'll see how Mojo's leg holds out. If he does ok - Madii will take him to pony club on Sunday.
